To receive the 32nd Degree — Master of the Royal Secret is to stand at the summit of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. It is the degree toward which all the preceding degrees have pointed — the culmination of a philosophical and moral journey that began with the Lodge of Perfection, passed through the Chapter of Rose Croix and the Council of Kadosh, and arrives here, in the Consistory, where the Royal Secret is at last revealed to the worthy and well-qualified Mason.
