All Custom made items are not refundable.

We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Standard Items We accept returns on non-customized, non-embroidered items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Bespoke Items — No Refund Policy All custom-designed, bespoke, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: custom aprons, embroidered collars, personalized regalia, bespoke jewelry, and any item produced to a customer's specific specifications. Because these items are crafted uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Exchanges Exchanges on standard items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
