Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, bespoke, and embroidered items may require additional production time of 30-45 business days.

Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping typically arrives within 15-30 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship to select destinations across North and South America. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page and we'll resolve it promptly.
